Yoga helped me begin to feel my body instead of flee from it. It gently reintroduced me to my emotions, my breath, and my presence. Through practice, I learned to differentiate between my thoughts and my feelings. I stopped trying to numb and started trying to listen.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Hi, I’m Cori! I founded I See You Movement out of my own deeply personal healing journey. When I was 16, I found myself lost in the silence of an eating disorder, feeling disconnected from my body and my voice. I nearly lost my life to anorexia. Through intense treatment, love from my family, and the gentle healing power of yoga, I slowly began to reconnect with myself — my body, my emotions, and my spirit.

Yoga became a sacred tool for me— a way to feel safe in my body again, to listen and be present, and to nurture my resilience. This experience of healing and discovery has inspired me to help others find their own strength and voice. Today, I dedicate my life to creating a compassionate safe space where people can reconnect with themselves, feel truly seen, and learn to thrive. My hope is that everyone who walks through I See You Movement feels the warmth of community and the gentle reminder that healing is possible — one step, one breath, at a time.
